A1 Garage Door Service were great from the get go. I called in the morning and they had someone with me that afternoon. I wanted my doors checked before winter as we had only bought our home this year, and I needed my Garage Fobs reprograming. My Tech was called Den, he was great and very knowledgeable. All round excellent service for a great price. Will most definitely use them again !! Thank You !

Terrible experience and would never recommend or use them. They quoted quickly but were not cheapest option. They were late by more than one month and would not return my calls. Then someone called to say it would be one more month. I asked to talk to manager and no one was available. Then the manager called me 2 days later to say the door was miraculously ready to deliver. I had to find another door during the 2 days waiting on a call back. They kept my deposit of more than $1000. Avoid this company.

Technician did a good job. He was thorough and since my door only had one serve call since ****, he suggested items that should be replaced due to wear but left the decision on what to replace up to me.
