This is great quality work, quick turn around time, they were able to come the very next day, less then 24 hours. ******* the tech was open, honest, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the standard of care and the best thing, the garage door works beautifully!! He worked in 12 degree weather, took his time to explain things, and did the job which exceeded my expectations. Money well spent, peace of mind obtained. Hands down, I would definitely use A1 in the future.
A1 sent Nick out to find a challenging situation with our garage door motor. He never gave up and kept me informed through every step. Nick did an outstanding job. Very professional and I recommend them 100%.

An extension spring broke on one of my garage doors. The technician that came out to the house, *****, arrived within the time window. He explained that the extension spring system currently on my door was not used much any more, and would only be warranted for 18 months if I wanted them replaced. Craig came out today and serviced the garage door. He was very professional told me of the fees up front. He diagnosed the problem right away, repaired the garage door and made sure everything was working.
We had Christine come out same day. She was so professional and courteous. But beyond that she was so engaging and fun to be with that we were sad to see her go. She absolutely left our garage door better and quieter when she left. You need all your employees to be like her. BEST FIX EVER!
