I was quoted over $800. I pulled up liftmaster website and it the same item was almost 50% lower. The installer called the office and they matched the price. It would have been a complete rip off if I had not done my homework

From the initial contact through the next 3-4 hours, I was updated by phone, email, and/or text with arrival estimates and was initially told I would get a phone call when the service person was about 30 minutes away. I got updates and the phone call. I'm very impressed with that kind of responses. The service tech was knowledgeable and *** to fix the problem in less than an hour.
