Very unprofessional. Website & Google states they are open 24 hours. Called on a Saturday morning to arrange urgent inspection. After navigating their AI answering service, I spoke to Alex who advised he would call the homeowner for verbal permission and then call me back to schedule an appointment. Curtis did a good job on repairing our garage
I just needed my seal replaced on the bottom of the small garage door. The tech was nice, but this was a $29.95 and we’ll check your doors thing my wife saw on line. They came out and basically it’s an opportunity for them to sell you things that aren’t broken. The strip, a rubber strip, $311! No thanks. I had it done the next day for far less than half by Vegas Brothers Garage door. They came adjusted the spring on the main door and installed a new strip and were gone in an hour.
