I can say its a great overall experience. Installer (Ray) was nice and friendly. Fixed a broken spring & cable replacement. I do feel like its a little overpriced (paid $480 thats including a $75 coupon) considering other companies I have gone through, I only paid in the $300's for the 10,000 cycle spring. Overall I give a B grade.
Jaren arrived on time and went right to work explaining his proposed plan. He is out going and articulate and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He was efficient and on task once he started the repair process and dealt with any issues expertly. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and Jaren was the consummate professional. That is truly what a representative should be and he is the exception rather than the rule in customer service.
Michael Brania helped diagnose our door that periodically had issues closing. He found the problem, explained it very clearly, and worked quickly on the fix. He was honest and great to work with. Couldn't recommend him more!
