Very sociable, very nice gentleman.
I had a previous broken garage door and the company that “fixed” it put the wrong spring in and it broke again. I called A-1 and Maurice came within 2 hours and he was awesome. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He not only fixed the emergency problem but also made sure that there were no additional issues stemming from the incompetence of the previous “repair.” This was my first time using A-1 and I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
Michael Brania was the technician who did the work on two of my garages. He was personable and professional. He was thorough in telling me what needed to be replaced and to point out how I may maintain the equipment. I appreciated his work.
Brandon called the morning right before our appointment to let us know he was on the way & was on time and finished within the time allowed. He explained everything in detail & had our garage door working again :) The company did great & sent text message & email reminders before our appointment also. 10/10 would recommend again
