The gentleman that did the repairs for our broken spring, was courteous and informative. Did not rush anything. Conversed what was to be done and allowed us to make the decision as to what we believed to be appropriate for the situation. All and all we have a garage door that is working well.
Shane the technician was great. Knowledgeable and explained the repair quite well.
Very pleasant, gave detailed instructions on what he was going to do and what he actually did. Wasn’t pushy about buying parts, but explained what was needed.
Kevin was very thorough and professional, he explained the situation with our garage door, examined all the parts, outlined options and provided recommendations on the best course of action.
