The technician, Paul was great. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He made some adjustments and all is working like new.
Casey was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He also informed me of my options, and answered any questions that I had Thanks Casey
Zeke, the repair technician, did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his work. Gage Rogers (over the phone) was very knowledgeable and provided helpful information about our garage door options. However, after learning that we were only requesting a quote, he appeared to become frustrated. Unfortunately, we did not receive any pricing information for either the repair or replacement of the garage door by the end of the appointment. Five stars for Zeke and two stars for Gage.
The technician Adrian was very pleasant and informative.
