Horrible experience and the Technician missed a critical issue. He over tightened my springs to account for a 10ft cable on a 7ft door causing the spring to break after 3 cycles. Eric quoted me $900 for new springs. I got new springs and the correct cables installed for $410. Horrible experience! AVOID!

My technician was Dalton. He was on time, called before he came as promised, arrived with a smile on his face, and although he couldn’t fix my old opener – he had one on the truck and installed it immediately. It was time well spent on a job well performed

Mike did a great job. Was there when he said it was going to be there knew exactly what he was talking about. Diagnosed the problem I had broken parts inside my garage door motor. Provide me with options. Explained options we made a decision. He was training a new person at the time both were very professional and we got the job accomplished. There had been a mixup in the scheduling of my appointment, that was the fault of the company. However, I really needed them to come out during this time period that we had already set aside. Jorge came out after hours to help us. He installed everything perfectly, and we’re really grateful that he was willing to work late and take care of our garage!
