Our service technician, Brandon was great! On-time, kind & curtious. Beyond that, I felt ... it was more of a "sales" call. Yes! Our door is old(er). And other than installing (selling) some new rollers, the conversation kept leaning towards new install ... I felt, more could have been done to TS&R our existing unit.
