RecommendedLong overdue review. David P our Tech was fantastic! Our garage spring snapped and I could not get our regular company to come out for 2 days. Meanwhile, our cars were stuck in the garage and the emergency release didn't work. David went through every detail about the lifetime replacement. After the door was repair, we was how bad our garage lift was and we had David replace the entire assembly.
