These people don't honor their one year warranty and like to verbally abuse customers. The owner Mike shouldn't be in business, he knows nothing about professionalism or standard business practice. Never spoke to the guy but he had no issue ranting and raving like a mad man to me. They came out to my house and didn't fix half the things on the to-do list, then used a different colored caulk but now he refuses to come out and fix their mistake. Don't use this company! We picked A1 flooring after visiting one of the big chain stores and could not have been happier with the quality and the service of the staff at the store, the fabrication shop, and the installers. All were exceptional and truly seemed to care that we were pleased with the product and the installation. Definitely recommend using them and the price was much lower than our original quote at the other store.
A1 did a beautiful job on our kitchen granite, backsplash, and tile floors. We also had them lay hardwood in our living areas and it looks fantastic! Will definitely call them when we get ready to remodel bathrooms. Mike and his crew are great to work with! I would recommend them highly to anyone!
Had Star Flooring & Granite put in some new hardwood floors and they did a beautiful job. The workers were very professional and I was amazed by the perfectionism. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Will be back for other projects!
