** ANOTHER UPDATE AND STILL A ZERO ** I received my arbitration submission package around January this year (2019) - Almost 2 years AFTER the work was done. Low and behold, the company now was eager to fix their shoddy repair job. I get a call from Tim - the guy that actually performed the work. I had all intentions of just dismissing him and proceeding with arbitration but I didn't (yeah...kick myself for that!).
