Looks like I dodged a bullet. Looking for new endocrinologist and the condescending and responses to patients that have issues with this office are HIPAA violations. Woman had a sick baby and you still charge her $50 and then tell her that she should actually have paid more? Cancelation fees are to prevent repeat offenders not violate a person taking care of her baby! Very nice and clean office, the Dr.Michael Uzman is very professional, stuff is very friendly.
My experience with this doctor has been extremely disappointing. Patients are treated as a number rather than a patient, and it seemed that money and billing were more important than actually helping people. After missing one appointment, you are dismissed as a patient. But he wants you to call and rush patients in when his schedule is light. Despite not caring about patients when the schedule is full.
