Elite Limo = Elite Garbage – The limo showed up 30 minutes late. I ordered a Hummer Limo and they came with an old Ford Excursion instead. The limo driver barely spoke English and got lost. I won't be renting from this company anymore!!! -Rachel

Please note that we do not have or have had a client by your name. It is obvious that you are reviewing the incorrect company. We have never substituted limousines to our clients and our chauffeurs are always timely. All our chauffeurs are fluent in English. Actually they speak two to three languages in order to enhance our international clients' experience; therefore, making them aware that we understand and respect all cultures.

Excellent Customer Service – Joanna at A1 Elite Transportation in Orlando was awesome to work with and truly shows what excellent customer service is all about. I called to several different limousine services trying to get a good deal for the youth from my church for their JR/SR weekend. Superb Limo Service in Orlando – Everything about A1 Elite in Orlando was excellent; even calling them to book the services! On the phone, you're greeted by polite and professional people. I was picked up at the Orlando airport on time; the driver was waiting for me. The ride to the resort was smooth and comfortable. At the end of my trip, I was picked up on time; at 5:30AM, again, the driver was waiting for me, at the lobby of the resort. I was dropped off at the right spot at the airport. ONLY WAY TO TRAVEL!!!! – I just wanted to say THANK YOU for taking care of my niece and her husband while they were in florida for their honeymoon. We wanted to surprise them with a limo and A1 Elite was more than happy to accomodate us to make that happen! The Most Outstanding Service – I sent my kids to Orlando on a honeymoon, they are young and could not rent a car at a reasonable price so we called Joanna P. at A1 Elite Transportation and she was by far the most attentive business person me or my family have ever encountered, especially in a tourist trap like Orlando.
