Worst Limo Service in FL – I tried to use them for the last trip I took made the reservation and they said would be there within a 15 minute window, and never showed. I had to rush to the airport and pay for long term parking. The phone is not monitored 24 and when I did call back, they were very rude. Don't waste your time, go with a dependable limousine company

It is obvious that you are reviewing the incorrect company as our service is strictly prearranged by reservation only for future travel needs. We would not promise to be there in 15 minutes as we are not a taxi service. Nor do we have monitored 24 hour service as our hours are clearly posted on all our listings; therefore, the rude individual you encountered could not have been reached by calling our office. We regret the experience that you had but it was definitely not with Elite.

Bad, Bad and Bad – The limo showed up 30 minutes late. I ordered a Hummer Limo and they came with an old Ford Excursion instead. The limo driver barely spoke English and got lost. I won't be renting from this company anymore!!!

Please note that RACHEALS also identified herself as RACHEL on Yahoo and as TILTED on Google on Sept '10. Our chauffeurs are always on time and speak English fluently. It is obvious you are reviewing the wrong company. If your goal is to malign our reputation please find a better way to spend your time.
Excelleeemmonnddooo, Faboloouuss – 5+ Starrs all the way. I have to say that, after reading all these mixed reviews, we decided to choose elite for our Orlando trip. Their service was the BBEESSSTTTT, very professional from intial contact with Joanna, the drivers and dispatch. Very unique limo service that is hard to find nowdays, people who actually care. You stepped up to the plate to live up to your name. Thank you for not disappointing my family, love you all.

You may write these fake reviews if you wish but a client simply has to call us and see that we are a professional, friendly and courteous service. All our business practices are ethical and true! Heart pounding limo service – We just had our friends bachelorette part last week. The limo was ssooo cooolll, the driver joe was fun. The y were on time and he took us all around downtown as we hopped the bars. Joe was very patient with us, thanks joe. Highly recommend.

The Best Limo Service you can ask for... – Excellent, Super, Fantastic they provided us with limo service for our vacation in Orlando last week. My first conversation with Malik made me choose them. He was very informative, patient and helpful. The driver met us at the airport in baggage claim, was very polite and courteous and helped us with our luggage.
