A1 Electric came out on January 12th to diagnose our bathroom fan, which had failed. The technician’s behavior during the visit was extremely disappointing. He used my toilet as a step to reach the fan and scratched it in the process. He was visibly irritated about having to check the attic and about needing to go get a ladder.
