Very rude, I don't want to go into the whole story but 10/10 would never recommend.
This place is run by very incompetent people. They lost a test that cost over $250. No apologies were given. The lady has been told an email address more than twice but still hasn’t emailed a thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is one of the best in the business when it comes to drug testing. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and understand the process. Lori and Kristy are exceptional at what they do and how you get treated at A1.
The “manager” (older white lady with hearing aids in both ears) was awfully rude but stated I was and asked me to leave and she didn’t even know why I came in. She was prejudice and didn’t want to serve me because I am black. When I asked what the problem is she said I was being disrespectful and I asked how, but she couldn’t tell me.
