Adam was amazing! Explained and walked us through exactly what went wrong with our current opener, what our options were, and the best next steps. We called on a Friday and they were able to help us get our garage door fixed before the forecasted snow the following Tuesday. We ended up replacing our door opener with a brand new one that fit our needs! Very happy with the service and product. Will def use them again as needed in the future.

Great working with Adam Engle and Mike Needham on the design and installation of our two new garage doors and openers. Top notch customer service. I would highly recommend.
Adam responded to my appointment on time and he was respectful and very courteous. He explained the trouble he found, what the job required and the quoted me the associate cost. We discussed additional needs because my system is old. I decided to have a new system installed plus two other items that would assist with a smoother operating garage door. Adam cleaned up all of the debris from the job and explained how to operate the new remotes and keypad.
Wonderful to work with from getting the quote for a new door to having it installed days later! Very knowledgeable and professional.
