A1 came and inspected my roof for possible animal intrusion. The crew was on time, detailed, and very professional. Will recommend them for roofing and chimney services.
I booked them for a full chimney inspection, creosote removal, and any necessary chimney repair. What I got was a 15-minute visit, a rushed cleaning, and a vague $3K quote for repairs. When I asked what kind of chimney maintenance I should be doing, they told me “it depends” and left it at that. Totally unhelpful. I ended up hiring someone else who found multiple problems they completely missed. Unprofessional and not worth the price.
