I booked them for a full chimney inspection, creosote removal, and any necessary chimney repair. What I got was a 15-minute visit, a rushed cleaning, and a vague $3K quote for repairs. When I asked what kind of chimney maintenance I should be doing, they told me “it depends” and left it at that. Totally unhelpful. I ended up hiring someone else who found multiple problems they completely missed. Unprofessional and not worth the price.

I hired This company to fix a leak in my soffit. After opening the soffit, they found that a finishing nail for my flooring had pierced a cold water plumbing pipe which was causing the water drip in my soffit. They also noticed that there was flashing missing on the edge of my roof which was causing water to leak into the soffit instead of being into the gutter.
