We just had A-1 cleaning & septic System llc come out and pump our conventional septic tank. James and Yancey were great with letting us know when they were on there way. Once they got here they informed us what they were going to do and let us know how often we needed to pump our septic tank. They saved us a lot of future headaches for a very reasonable price.
This company has great customer service and go above and beyond in effort. The office manager Tari is such a professional...full of good cheer and expertise in her advice. We were very fortunate to get Jordan, the technician who came to maintenance my system. He is a forthright man who works hard and is fair in pricing and value. A1 has been one of those few companies that actually keeps their appointments they are a blessing to the area and will continue to support and use them.
I called these guys five times, they were supposed to come out three and didn’t show up and didn’t call.
Awesome family-owned business! Father and daughter work together. Good strong work ethic honest people.
