Even during their busiest season, A1 Chimney Services was able to fit us in for a complete Level 2 inspection and cleaning. They discovered a small issue with the liner and repaired it immediately. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Their professionalism and dedication to doing the job right impressed us greatly. We now feel completely confident and safe using our fireplace.

We had birds nesting in our chimney, and the noise and mess were driving us crazy. I called A1 Chimney Service, and they came out quickly to resolve the issue. They humanely removed the nests, cleared out all the debris, and installed a chimney cap to prevent future invasions. This company is a total sham. Inexperienced employees, false repair claims, no follow through, shoddy sub-standard work, and very hard to get in touch with after complaints were made to them. Owner promised us a settlement for their inferior work, and then never followed through even though a settlement was brokered with us, the owner, and the Better Business Bureau. Be aware, they are a dishonest and horrible company.
The A1 chimney team were so great! They came to do a free assessment prior to me moving into my house, sent the assessment promptly the same day. Very thorough and knowledgeable. My dad asked for a last minute change / add on and they went to the store to help do it that day! Could not have asked for a better chimney team. Will absolutely use them again in the future! Beautiful work & very respectful guys! :)
