I would avoid this place at all costs. Paid $150 for a 3 minute inspection (all other companies I called will do this quoting for free btw) and still am unable to receive a refund. After arriving 2 hours late to my scheduled appointment time, my advisor/technician walked into my home, took 3 photos, and left in 3 minutes (have both arrival and departure on my Google Nest camera). I was on my way home and requested ... read more
Rudolf did a chimney inspection and decided I didn’t need a cleaning! He gave me a timeframe to call back within but gave me the full inspection report. He was very professional and wanted what was best for us
Professional, quick, and clean. Would highly recommend.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m not sure who’s writing these reviews but this company has way too many red flags. A tech came out to do complete an inspection and told me I needed sweeping, the price was inflated and after providing a check for this 10 min inspection it was cashed in less than 24hrs. He told me he wasn’t able to do the sweeping and would call back to reschedule. I have not heard from them. Furthermore. I could not confirm their CSIA #. I will not be using them for any further service & I recommend you don’t either.
Great service! Would recommend the team again and again
