This experience has been a nightmare. Called originally because chimney was old and leaking when it rained. He came and inspected it, I paid the the $150 inspection fee. He came and started working on it and now says that i owe another $1000 because he didn't know the wood was rotted. However, my original contract clearly states replacement of rotted wood. The fireplace is very important to close down properly. If not taken care of you could have chaos or even worse. Highly recommend them because the inspections are easy and the energy is kind and professional.

I had a tech come out and inspect a job to give me a quote. Called back a few weeks later to approve the quote and move forward. For the next 2 weeks I got passed back and forth between employees getting strung along and fed different excuses to what the hold up was. Last Thursday I was told I'd have a tech visit the site between 11-2 to get measurements for material.
