Our chimney cap had become loose and eventually fell off after strong winds. They installed a high quality replacement and made sure it was securely attached. I appreciate their quick response and fair pricing.
I called after noticing squirrels trying to get into the chimney. They found the cap had blown away and replaced it with a durable new one. The technician was courteous efficient and very knowledgeable.
