Yally showed up right on time and got my inspection done in a timely manner
Called A1 yesterday and they sent out a tech today to complete and inspection and cleaning. During the inspection he found the chimney had virtually no flashing on the roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. The tech's name was Josh and I felt he did a perfect job. The cost of the flashing job was very reasonable and the cleaning was very reasonable.
The technician seemed confused why he was there once he arrived. I needed 2 level 2 inspection on both fireplace. The guy was in and out and did not perform the work. He wrote nothing in his report about the cracked firebox and did not run a camera down the flu. I'm waiting on a call from a supervisor but I won't hold my breath. Now reading other reviews it seems they can't ever find the customer info once a bad review is left.
