You call them, quick response back, made appointment, showed up for appointment, did work, and cleaned up after work. Was an overall great experience!
Outcome was not what i was expecting. Ceilings look like chicken scraches and no snowflake definition after the plaster dried. Very nice person but I have to pay someone.$1,800 to fix the whole job again.
