Super frustrated that about half the time I place an order through their website they seem to not receive it. The worst part is they don’t even seem to care that they didn’t receive it, it’s just oops we don’t have it. Guess I’ll find a new pizza and grinder place for future orders.
definitely not professional told my husband it's not there fault that they don't know where my address is then they said the driver tried to call and there was no calls whatsoever and no one "knocked" at our door like the owner really got into an argument with my husband because he said your not delivering the food I want my money back luckily I was there to defuse the situation and the driver seemed very humble and genuine I don't think the owner likes to be questioned
They messed up my order, and wouldn't make it right. After telling me they would make it right, they lied and told me they wouldn't fix my order. They are liars. Terrible customer service.

Please save yourself some money and do not order from here. We used the app provided by Brick Ovens website. Our food was all wrong. The owner told us to call the app ourselves to fix it. We were supposed to be issued a refund and even had a “void receipt” the owner told us later it wasn’t his problem and he had to throw away good food so he didn’t refund us.
