I've been here five hours and had four different people rotate working on my hair --- still not finished The parts are all sloppy The color is not as shown in the picture I brought Total waste of my day. Lazy, sloppy work.

I was referred by a coworker. I live in Humble and it was worth the nearly hour drive. Ms. Sophia is straight professional and her staff is kind. The hope was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. No loud music and no wild kids running game around. My hair is great-small box braids-two ladies working my head. No tight braids-no headache. In by 10, walking to my car by 1:45. I recommend this shop.
The owner is professional but the staff isnt..I took my daughter there on a recommendation of a friend and because the owner agree to include the hair in the price one of the workers I didn't get name turn and said make it short... The owner wasn't there and since I was already irritated with the fact I drove 25 mins to the location and there was nothing but confusion, I politely left and went around the corner to Braid R US where they were professional and proficient.

They care about their customers, they're fast friendly, convienent, the limitless styles, care, love you'll recieve, not to mention how beautiful you're going to see n feel is priceless. What you get is worth way more than what you pay I recommend, and send anyone I meet and my friends they too come here bcuz they're are all that.
