Exceptionally rude. Asked about senior discount and no reply. I asked based on the photos and he said a "few" hundred. I asked what a few meant and this where he started to raise his voice I asked if he'd send someone out and after the rudeness I said okay, all I can do is write a review. He went through the roof. A plumber who looked at the same photos is coming and charging $150. If you enjoy being shouted at, this toilet man is your guy.
Ryan arrived as scheduled, was very polite, explained everything, cleaned up when finished! He did what a previous plumber couldn't do, for $75 less! Definitely a keeper!
We highly recommend them! Ryan helped us out. He was courteous, efficient and solved a big plumbing issue for us! Definitely will use them again.

I paid 175.00 to to have my toilet unclogged, with a snake. It reclogged within 48 hours. I called plumber and he said I had no warranty and would charge me another 175.00. This is crazy it is stupid that he does stand behind is work.
