Traveling on Hiway 84 from Minnesota on Tuesday, Sept. 17 when a low air tire indicator displayed. We pulled into the Ford dealer in Mountain Home but were turned away at 4:30 p.m. as the one mechanic on duty was leaving at 5:00 after completing an oil change. We were directed to go to Les Schwab’s but passed by A1 AutoFix on the way so stopped there. It was obvious they were busy on other jobs but immediately looked at our tire and repaired it within 15 minutes. They requested $10 (we gave them $20). Thank you!
A 1 hour job turned into a 5 hour ordeal that had nothing to do with the 1 hr. job. Other things ended up needing to be replaced due to the shade tree so called mechanic not knowing what he was doing. This is not an ASE certified mechanic shop.
