Absolute lifesaver! My truck broke down unexpectedly, and they were on-site in just 20 minutes. The whole transaction—including signing over the title—was amazingly fast and easy. I called to get a quote and was answered by Rosa very polite and professional. I had called around for quotes and she gave me the best quote on my vehicle. Pablo was out within the hour and payed me cash. Would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a fast friendly service.
They were friendly, fast, and paid a fair price. They picked up the phone on the first ring, quoted me immediately, and was here within 2 hours to tow my car away. He even gave me good advice on buying a new car. 10 out of 10 experience. I would use them again.
The guy who towed my car, Arnold was lovely. Although I am frustrated that apparently a new girl was hired, Clara and she did not give me the full information necessary. I was told to send a photo of my car and title and was guaranteed a quote of $1000. She did not say it was just an estimate and you will have to get the final price after Arnold inspects your vehicle. My estimate started at $1800. After photos $1000. When the tow guy Arnold arrived, I only received $500.
I was really impressed with the punctuation and professionalism. I called them on my lunch break and they were on time and they did a good job. Very friendly and answer my questions to my satisfaction.I would highly recommend this towing company to my family and friends
