DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I can not stress that enough. The mechanic here told me and my partner the job would take him two weeks. It has been almost a year and I have not seen my van. He rarely if ever answers the phone. He is very rude when he does answer. He even cussed out my partner! He does crappy jobs on the things he is claiming to fix. He told us he was going to bring in a second mechanic to help with the job but when we call said second mechanic he said that the man never talked to him and they haven't heard f... read more
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!! My friend had their van here for 9 WHOLE MONTHS after being quoted for 1 week. And they were NEVER told what was going on with their van. And to this day they still don't have their van back. If I could do 0 stars, I would.
Terrible Service. I had a friend drop a diesel van off 9 months ago. Was quoted for a week and it’s been 9 months, with little to no communication on what’s going on. The mechanic and owner are taking advantage of their clients. I strongly do not recommend choosing the for any auto repair.
