My first experience with A1 when other appraisers would not take on two requests with very short notice, A1 appraisals came in to save the day. Very quick service to meet two very demanding deadlines, supporting my client's values. Thank you!
Do not EVER use this this company, they have appraisers that are VERY unfamiliar with the market areas, they will appraise your home based on other areas resulting in offensively low value, that doesn’t come close to accurate, they request cash payments, they are over priced and then provide you with VERY inaccurate appraisals. They essentially steal your money just to make a quick buck, The customer service is atrocious. Only use this company if you want to be ripped off!
We recently had an appraisal on our on home which came in offensively low (below assessed value). The comparable homes were not even in our area of west kelowna, they had many to utilize but decided to use another location, which is significantly lower value homes thus brining our value down. 1 was pulled from Shannon lake area which sold 2 week before and said it was worth 100k lower even though it sold 2 weeks before our assessment.
