Best appliance repair company I've ever used. They came out same day for a fridge emergency, texted me when they were on their way. Austin solved the problem and the price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond when he noticed an issue we were unaware of. The fridge door wasn't opening properly, and kept hitting the adjacent wall. I just assumed it was the fridge door, but he said it was something he could fix (didn't charge anything for it), and took are of it. Very happy with this vendor!!
I waited for the full five hour window and I had to call and ask where they were They do not respect your time because they did not respect my time they did not bother to communicate that they would be late… No apologies whatsoever so I will never use them again or I highly recommend you don't count on them… I waited a five hour window and they didn't show up... and not an a single apology or I'm sorry sir can we make it up to you somehow? Common professional courtesy please!!!!!
I came to cherished PS home after bering away a few weeks and Miele Freezer broke. Everything smelly and rotten, and panic ensued...Can it be fixed? Will the Refrigerator break now?
