We have used this company twice. The owner Matthew does all the repairs himself. We found him to be very reliable and honest. He gives you a date and time and calls you when he's on his way to your home. We highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs.
Called Matt with A dishwasher problem. He walked me through a simple fix over the phone after calling me back right away! Great service from a great guy! Highly recommend!!
I would love to express and write a very well deserved review for Matt @ A-1 Appliance, Inc. He has always returned my calls within less than an hour...and also sometimes with a possible solution to handle it on our own. I realize he is very busy, but he cares a lot about his customers. I am so appreciative for his thoughtfullness and caring for his customers. I HIGHLY recommend Matt for his prossionalism and amazing knowledge to "get the job done"! Matt is DEFINATELY A-1!
