Their appointment making and service weren’t reliable and technician claimed to be the best and know everything about appliances , but then refused to work on appliance because it was difficult after week of trying to reach him. Something changed at this company because 4 years ago when we used them they did a good job.
I would recommend using someone else. I used this company once and had a horrible experience. The service guy they sent to the house was overly aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable for my safety. He also made several inappropriate comments. I would definitely recommend having a friend over while their technicians are working if you choose to hire this company. They are also way overpriced as well. The total bill was three times the estimate. I will never use them again.
First of all, I would like to say when I called the company to come to repair my microwave both the office and technician did not know how much it would cost to fix it. Secondly, the technician did not informed me how much it would cost to repair the microwave before he repaired it. Finally, I tried calling the office several times and every time was hung up on. Very rude and unprofessional company. I would to share my experience with everyone so you all would not fall into this mess like I did. Thanks but no thanks!!!

The owners are good people, the ladies up front and techs are Very nice and very knowledgeable people. They won't try and sell you something you don't need.
I can't even get my mama to cook supper because she can't stop washing! Haha! She loves her new washer and the people at A1 Appliance! �
