Not overly happy with the complex, but atleast it was cheap! Pros: Cheap Owner and management are nice! Cons: Muddy in certain spots Soil around the foundation/entrances of units is eroding and makes it hard to enter and exit the unit at times. No security whatsoever, no working front gate, and no walls around the complex. Essentially anyone can enter the complex and break into a unit. We asked the management to provide a W9 for our company, and they were unable to provide that information unfortunately. I hope they make som... read more
