They did all the paperwork and had my insurance pay for it. Great costumer service.
I have never received such an incredible degree of unprofessionalism and lack of communication. This business performed work on my building without my permission or consent. They never updated with me about scheduling and all the work done will need to be repaired. The lack of communication via email and phone is appalling. The work they also did was not done properly and my roof still has leaks. I can say without a doubt I would never recommend this company. If you need a roof repaired go somewhere else.
