Took forever with the alignment. Supposedly one of my tie rods weren't tight enough, so he took it off and tightened it. Did not tell me he was going to charge me for it or how much. Thought I was paying $75, ended up paying $150 and my alignment is still off.
I went to Midas for an alignment last week and the car has been pulling left since then, I could have kept going back complaining and getting stressed but instead rolled the dice and went to A1 Alignment. I was so happy I found this place, the owner Kirt is the guy who does the work and he knows all the little tricks to get your car perfectly aligned. My steering wheel is finally straight, my car does not pull or drift anymore and my tires will now last a long time. I am taking my truck in to him next week for an alignment.
