Worst company out there please save your time and money this company takes advantage of the elderly. They are no longer own by the same owner. The job they did was horrible. Luckily I was able to find another company to come and fix the big mess they made. I recommend Smith Thompson in Plano. There great!

A # 1 Air is disingenuous and do not honor their warranty. Misleading warranty, Make sure you read your contract carefully with this company. This company installed a complete HVAC system into my house. It included a 10-year parts and labor warranty. The technicians did not install the condensation drainpipe correctly. It clogged and shut off the system, usually during extreme heat wave situations.
