Omar was great.
A#1 Air came out the same day I called. My AC went out with my wife and baby in the house, and it got so hot they had to leave. Kaila showed up less than two hours after my call. From the moment she arrived she was friendly and professional, and she wore shoe covers every time she came in and out of the house. With three small children who live on that floor, I noticed and appreciated it. We were braced for the worst. UPDATE 9/10. I am now leaking in a different spot. Instead of making it right and just giving me a refund they keep experimenting hoping something works. Band-aid after band-aid and I'm still leaking. Just refund me so that I can get someone else to fix whatever you all have done every time you've come out and give me no resolution.
