Spent <15 minutes on site and charged hundreds without doing any work. Weeks later, the same issue occurred, and we were told we could pay to have him come out again - no thanks. Recommend hiring elsewhere for a more professional experience.
I was struggling to install a new ceiling fan because it had a different wiring from the one I was replacing. I called A1 Ability to have someone come over. Frank returned my call and was able help me over the phone at no charge. I appreciate his generosity.
