We have had John come out for a few years because our builder installed our ac unit improperly and we have had issues every summer with freon leaking. John has always come to the rescue and filled the freon so we can have a comfortable summer. We have always appreciated his great service. However, he was supposed to come and replace our coil for a permanent fix as soon as the weather cooled down, but we can't get anyone to answer the phone, or respond to voicemails or texts or anything. John is great to work with. He responded quickly and had my A/C charged and ready for the season in no time. So happy there are still reputable contractors we can count on!
They are Amazing fixed my heater with no additional cost
I couldn't be more impressed with John and his company. We had a problem with my 23 year old AC unit and he quickly came, identified the problem and fixed it immediately. You can tell he is honest and wants to do what is best for you. There was no high pressure or attempt to sell me something you don't need. John is a rare gem in the HVAC industry; trustworthy and fairly priced. I was referred to him by my neighbor who also had a great experience with him. He's a great guy, knows his trade and honest. Thank you!
We had a few issues here but frankly I think it was due to unusual help issues. They adjusted my costs for my inconvenience. I would return to them in a heartbeat.
