Have rented with several times and has always been a great experience.
Management was discombobulated and we had items stolen out of our storage unit. We filed police report but cameras didn’t capture our storage unit. A-Z didn’t offer insurance coverage for theft or damage like many others do. It was definitely with your storage unit! Funny you would say on here we didn't even have an account with you guys! Terrible customer service! Own up to your lack of cameras and security!! Sketchy place! Definitely better options locally!
Fair pricing for the area. Clean facility, well maintained, good customer service. The only downside is entrance and exit. Telegraph is busy in that section.
Great staff made doing business simple and uncomplicated.
