Sales person sold me the wrong earbuds and block for my charger. She knew that they were wrong and pushed them off on me not the best Customer Service.
The worst customer service I've ever had. I called and I wasn't greeted. I asked about a phone screen replacement and he literally cursed me out on the phone.
I do not recommend this accessories store, they are super helpful when it comes to customer service, but if you have a problem and need to exchange it, that's when the difficulty begins.
Go to an actual business, their number doesn't work to contact them. They promised me 20 min and its was over 24 hours.
They replaced the back of my iPhone 13 pro max and now looks brand new! More affordable than Apple if you don't have apple care/insurance. He was very friendly and even put on a new screen protector.
