They change their listings so people will not see their reviews. Wish I had not gotten entangled with this place, especially when I am dealing with a bleeding condition that has reached a frightening point. Completely unreliable and frustrating service. My doctor sent me to get a colonoscopy and then never followed up with me to explain the results. I tried to contact them to make an appointment several times and was never called back. I felt the nurse practitioner who saw me did not really listen to me, did not understand my symptoms, and was only interested in getting me to agree to a lot of unnecessary tests. I think this place is a colonoscopy mill.

I rarely write reviews and wish I had positive things to say, but this was a negative experience from the beginning. Jennifer, who scheduled my appointment gave me wrong directions to the Oro Valley office. She kept repeating "It's across from Oro Valley Hospital" and no matter how I tried to clarify, she just repeated the same sentence. The location is almost a mile from OV Hospital. Avoid this place like the plague. The practice is virtually inaccessible with one phone number for EVERYTHING. And if you leave a message to be called back it won't happen about half the time. Can't talk to the doctors' offices either without going through the single number phone dungeon. Tried that too and the office never called back although the recording said they would call back in 72 hours. Hows that for responsive?
