Elke and Gino were wonderful to work with and we absolutely love our skylights. In the hot summer months I can open them using the remote or pull the shades. We love the way they look and the functionality they provide.
I had 8 old skylights that needing replacing when we redid our roof. A - Z got the perfect replacement for our existing ones at a good price. They are small and family run which I like. They seem to be used by contractors and builders, so if you want design or have questions about doing it yourself, you should work with a contractor or they have recommended local installers they can recommend. I also learned I went to Cal Poly at the same time as one of the owners - Elkie (sp?). Small world.
Elke and Gino are the best. Very knowledgeable and able to problem-solve quickly. I had a unique situation with my skylights and they came up with a good solution. Made the whole thing very easy.
I needed to replace the skylight and was recommended to call A-Z Windows & Skylights. I spoke to Tom, (owners father) and was taken care of. A-Z Windows is located in Campbell, however, the owner lives in the San Francisco area and she graciously brought the skylight to her house for my installers to pick up. When my installers began to place the skylight in, they had an issue with about 1/8 inch. We were replacing all of the skylights in our home and were referred to these folks as “the best around”. Elke and the guys are extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all of our questions. They made the whole process very easy from start to finish. We highly recommend them.
