I have been with this office for years. they change staff often, and the ladies there can be very unprofessional. My crowns are failing or not being crowned immediately after root canals. The doctor just bandaids the problems and will have you come in time n time again, in which he tells you, that he has ordered a crown and when you get there, they so call says that its in the basement. The dentist is very kind and professional however the staff are very unprofessional and unsympathetic. I tried to get my mother in for an emergency and they were not helpful at all. T

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did your provider ask holistic type questions and comment about aspects of care that might affect you outside of their specialty? I was impressed that this provider took notice of areas outside of their specialty that might help me. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!
