Dr. Tindale is very thorough and takes the time to really explain what your problems are, and what the treatment plan is. She's very personable and caring. I love that she is also very proactive- she posts videos and discusses ways to help prevent issues going forward!
I had a really good first visit and assessment. I learned a lot about spine health. Dr was very thorough and honest about what she saw with my back issues. I feel like there's improvement to be made. I trust her to bring me back to spinal health.

We are moving and I know I over did it with packing. A - Z Chiro has on line appointment scheduling for the convenience of the patients. Sssoooo.... I had pain, scheduled an appointment on line, and the doc adjusted me at 4 pm that day!!! It was so ez and I'm so glad I have this office near by to help. Give it a try you will not regret it!!
