Over-priced product, very aggressive sales tactics by owner. Left feeling stressed and agitated - the experience pushed us right into the arms of a competitor up the road.
Came in on a recommendation and true to that recommendation, I had a great experience. Gene worked with me on the price I could afford and didn’t pressure or try to “sell” me anything. Old school treatment.

Gene has competitive pricing, great work and reliability. His guys laid wall to wall designer carpet in my basement beautifully and left no mess. We will definitely use them again!
