These are reliable people who are really good at fixing cars. No run arounds. The prices are fair and the turnaround time is quick and reasonable. A dealership told me my transmission was bad and quoted me $3k for a diagnostic only! I towed my car to A-Z and it wasn’t even my transmission…it was a damaged wheel sensor. A-Z fixed it for a micro fraction of what the dealership quoted. I’ve been a customer for many years and will continue trusting them with my vehicles.
A-Z Auto Service Center has worked on my previous and current car for years now! The owner Satish is honest and will let you know if your car is worth fixing or if you should just invest in a new car. The front desk manager Wolf is always a pleasure to work with! He does his best to get you scheduled ASAP and get you out ASAP! Thank you to my ex boyfriend for telling me about this amazing mechanic shop! Oh and the prices are fair too!! If I can give zero stars I would let’s start with communication is horrible they had my car from the beginning of august and did not do any work to it lied to me about ordering the part to my car for 2 weeks I called again after being told my car would be done last week to being told on Friday that they didn’t even have a tracking number for the part they never started on my car black guy at the front attitude is just nasty you call he acts like it’s killing him I walk in to get my car to tow it else where he rolls his eyes ... read more
As a woman it can be challenging to find quality auto care from honest mechanics you can trust. I am so thankful I was recommended by a mechanic freind to go to A-Z. I initially came to A-Z for a paint job and bodywork. They went above and beyond! My almost 20 year old car with rust damage, several ugly dents, foggy headlights and horribly peeling paint, looked brand new! They took care of everything, and more in 3 days, for half the price I was quoted elsewhere. They even added my pinstriping back on the car free of charge!... read more
