If I can give zero stars I would let’s start with communication is horrible they had my car from the beginning of august and did not do any work to it lied to me about ordering the part to my car for 2 weeks I called again after being told my car would be done last week to being told on Friday that they didn’t even have a tracking number for the part they never started on my car black guy at the front attitude is just nasty you call he acts like it’s killing him I walk in to get my car to tow it else where he rolls his eyes ... read more
As a woman it can be challenging to find quality auto care from honest mechanics you can trust. I am so thankful I was recommended by a mechanic freind to go to A-Z. I initially came to A-Z for a paint job and bodywork. They went above and beyond! My almost 20 year old car with rust damage, several ugly dents, foggy headlights and horribly peeling paint, looked brand new! I do not live in Delaware and I was on my way to New Jersey when my check engine and TRAC off went on Car was very hard to accelerate. I tried three service station and no one was open. But I called a A- Z Auto service and the guy who answers the phone named Wolf was so nice. He stayed on the phone with me as I was very scared. He was like a 911 operator (no joke).
