The technician was friendly in person and on the phone. The service was quick, even though I have to get a whole slew of things done to my car. Plus, Chris patiently explained my options for replacing the tires on my car, and gave his recommendation to me when I asked for it. My husband immediately noticed an improvement in the handling the next time we drove out of town.
